Brother Johari attends the meeting of the UN High Working Council

KUCHING, 4 Nov: The Chairman of the United Party of Communists (UPC), Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg, today presided over the meeting of the UN High Working Council (MKT) held at the party's headquarters, here.

The arrival of Sarawak's Prime Minister at about 2.40pm was welcomed by two Senior UN Deputy Ambassadors, Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan and Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embassy.

His arrival was welcomed by the Senior Vice-President of the United Nations, Datuk Amar Fadillah Yusof, UN Director General for Information, Dato Sri Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah, among others. - TVS
