SARIKEI, 20 Oct: A meeting session with employees of the Department of Road Transport (JPJ) Sarikei served as a two-way communication platform to discuss operational challenges, implementation of responsibilities and improvement of service delivery at branch level.
According to JPJ Sarawak, the session held yesterday also provided a space for workers to share views, experiences and improvement suggestions directly with management.
"During the session, Norizan also stressed the importance of commitment, dedication and integrity amongst workers to ensure that every responsibility is carried out properly", the statement said.
The session also included handing over management mandates to the workers to ensure that every responsibility is effectively fulfilled.
Following were the Chief of the Driver Licensing Division of JPJ Sarawak, Yusniman Mohamad and Branch Chief of JPJ Sarikei, Mohd Ariffin Zaini.
The Sarawak Road Transport Department continues to pay attention to the welfare, views and needs of its workers in an effort to improve the quality of efficient, integrated and people-oriented service delivery. -TVS
