BYD driver charged over crash that killed five-year-old girl in Jalan Kuching

KUALA LUMPUIR: The 24-year-old driver of a BYD Seal involved in a six-vehicle crash that killed a five-year-old girl along Jalan Kuching, Kuala Lumpur, has pleaded not guilty to three traffic charges.

Raeven Goh Wey Haur was charged at the Magistrate’s Court on Thursday (Oct 15) with causing the death of Asiah Ahmad Syahir through reckless driving, driving dangerously and failing to stop and report the accident.

The offences were allegedly committed at 3.44 pm on Saturday (Oct 10), along Jalan Kuching towards Segambut.
